I guess I was just a little ahead of the game. In September of 2009 my team of marketing professionals and I met to create my website. I had a long list of what I didn’t want. I didn’t want community events, the weather, links catapulting my viewers to another site or even my current listings. I wanted the consumer to be able to search all MLS listings (like every other site) but, more importantly, introduce myself to them and educate them on the wonderful and ever-changing world or real estate.

Now, a recently released 2009 California Home Buyers and Sellers Survey reported that what consumers are asking and desiring from Realtors is….(drum roll, please)…”more relevant information and support through a real estate transaction. They no longer press for a nice marketing campaign – they want tools to make a good real estate decision.

I see this as reaffirmation of what I have thought from the beginning: I need to provide a broad range of insightful knowledge and information so that people can feel comfortable working with me through their transaction. I need to demonstrate expertise, professionalism and guidance about the real estate process.

As long as you are here, please take a moment to peruse my site. There are great past posts and generalized information. There is my resume extending all of the designations I have acquired and various experience I have from construction to aging-in-place, interior design to cleaning and restoration. I have also included some testimonials from past customers/clients to hopefully gain your confidence in how dedicated I am to providing great service.
